MOVES
MAGAZINE
Leveraging our professional background in dance, we use MOVES to bridge the gap between the discipline’s mainstream popularity and the professional recognition it deserves. By platforming the stories of our community, we demonstrate our studio’s commitment to authentic representation and creative excellence. The magazine acts as a living portfolio of our ability to curate, direct, and document the evolving landscape of contemporary movement.

B-BOY KID KARAM
In the lead-up to the Paris 2024 Olympics, we identified a unique opportunity to pitch Nike London on a story spotlighting UK Breaking talent. Leveraging the release of the Nike Jam, the first shoe engineered specifically for breakers, and B-Boy Kid Karam’s status as a Nike athlete, we developed a concept that bridged the gap between high-fashion editorial and authentic grassroots storytelling.
Produced for MOVES Magazine, the shoot took place in Karam’s hometown of Derby. To deliver a high-fashion aesthetic within a specific budget, we managed a large crew by mapping out locations within walking distance. This logistical efficiency allowed us to maximize our shoot day without compromising on the visual variety required for a premium editorial.
By capturing Karam testing the product in motion on the streets that raised him, we successfully demonstrated the shoe’s performance while grounding a global Olympic moment in a relatable, local reality.
POWERED BY NIKE
WILL WEST &
METTE LINTURI
Following their breakout success in Jungle’s dance videos, we wanted to pivot the lens on Will and Mette to explore their individual identities. While widely recognised as a powerhouse duo, our concept focused on stripping back the performance to capture their raw, individual charisma. By moving away from high-production choreography, we aimed to highlight their personal style that have gained them a global following.
The creative execution utilised a mix of mediums to emphasize an organic, unforced feeling. This "just them" approach was reinforced through minimal styling, using wardrobe basics to ensure the focus remained entirely on their movement and personality. The result is an intimate, texture-rich series that trades spectacle for authenticity, offering a new perspective on two of London’s most prominent dancers.
FEMINA
We were invited to document the rehearsal of Ekleido’s new body of work, FEMINA, specifically focusing on the research and development of their costuming. To provide an authentic insight for our readers, we adopted an organic documentary approach that moved beyond the final performance to highlight the creative labour behind the scenes.
The visual strategy combined candid, BTS-style imagery with formal portraits of the choreographers and costume designer. By capturing the intersection of movement and garment design in a rehearsal setting, we showcased the evolution of the work’s visual identity. The result is an intimate editorial study that celebrates the collaborative process of dance and design.
